Pick up of the car was great with a very helpful agent, being very kind and ordering me a taxi when I left the wallet with my UK driving license back at the hotel. Important to note that at the Pisa pickup, an international driving permit was not needed , just a photo Id UK driving license and passport. Car was very reasonably priced and was absolutely fine. Staff actually escorted me to the area at Torino Porta Nuova which was so so good (I would’ve had some difficulty finding it personally) and they are open Sunday which made all the difference.

The lady at the office was really helpfull and nice. We booked a VW Taigo or similar, we got audi Q2, which was pretty nice. Downsides: - the tank was not full.
