I had no issues with this company. I rented directly at the counter without any reservation. Price was fair enough. Car was clean. No attempts to report any artificial damages when returning the car.

Honest and reliable car rental firm. I will call out a company when they are bad so it is only fair i call out when they are good too. Collected car with minimal fuss and a €500 deposit left for any potential damages. Returned 4 days later hassle free. Most car rental firms ask for €1000+ deposit and a fuel holding fee too. I had not used autovia before but I shall be looking to use again. 5/5 Do recommend.

Booked through Carjet, who take very little ownership for things. Flight delayed arrived late, my orginal Carjet booking cancelled due to Carjets stupid terms and conditions. The lady on the local Autovia desk was super helpful, I got a new booking and car with minor difference in price. Great service. Well done. Very friendy reception in the office located inside Napoli Airport. I booked my car in advance (online) and I just had to finalize the paperwork and deposit there. A transfer brought me to the car park where I received the keys. I ordered a VW Golf but got an upgrade to a MG HS, which turned out to be a blessing. No issues when I brought back the car ten days later.
This guys on the reception do not show much respect for the clients but i want to thank Luigi for the good service. Thats why im doing this review.

Wonderful experience. Very quick and polite. Arrived without a reservation and was in a car for two days. Highly recommended. Shout out to Daniella - beautifully kind and helpful. Was able to tour local Italy, swim at remote beaches, and enjoy the Amalfi coast.
My rental experience has been great so far, having just returned the car. Good customer service both at pick up and drop off (Luigi). Car new and clean. Reading some of the one star reviews complaining about forceful insurance, I can only infer that those people have never rented a car before.
