Every procedure was as i was informed from the beginning. Staff friendly,kind and ready to answer to all my questions at the point of ecovia at the airport. The contract was also sent to me via email. In the end they made a controll of the car which i have to say i respected during the trip. Tutto è andato bene.I will choose ecovia again in the next trip to Italy. Arrivederci!

Staff at desk very helpful and explained everything . They did not try big sell on extra insurance, simply outlined the differences. Brand new car with only 4000km, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our holiday. Car was halfbthe price of the big name car rental firms

I will definitely use this company again. The staff at Naples station spoke great English and were able to explain the insurance options to me and the car was fabulous for the 3 weeks we drove around Puglia. Reasonable price and highly recommended.

Rented a car with ecovia/autovia at Brindisi airport and everything was great. Clean new car and the staff were very nice. If I have to complain about anything, it was difficult to find the drop-off point at Bari airport, poorly signposted.

Contrary to many negative reviews I have read, my experience of Ecovia at Catania aiport could not have been better.

I was offered (and accepted) a significantly upgraded car (automatic Kia Sportage instead of manual Peugot 208) which was a nice surprise, and the car was virtually brand new - less than 7,000 km on the clock.

Ada and Vera at Ecovia Catania airport in Sicily were brilliant on pick up, as ...

rent and go, had an almost new car, staff very helpful. THe only issue is explanation in the email from where to retrieve car. Tooks a while going around until we found the place.

we have got in naples airport an upgrade to our car reservation with almost new cupra car, we liked it very much and our journey with that car to naples and calabria was full of fun and easy driving 🌹🌹
