Car rental at Palermo Airport

We had a great time in Sicilia by renting a car with Autovia. The car was brand new and the customer assistant Claudia was very helpful.

Overall, I had a great experience renting the car. The vehicle was clean, brand new, and drove perfectly. I returned it in excellent condition with no scratches or damage at all. The only small issue was that the display screen already had a slight discoloration from the beginning, which I didn’t cause or notice during pickup. Other than that, everything went smoothly and the service was professional. Thank you!

The car was new. The process for renting and give back was easy. The price was fair.

We rented from Claudia she went above and beyond. Claudia made the rental process painless. No problem with them accepting credit card. Shuttled us to our location as we discussed prior with no problems. When in the area again will not hesitate to rent from her again.

Autovia Palermo offers great service and very friendly staff. The only downside is that the office is not located directly at the airport — we had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle bus and another 10 minutes to reach the rental location. Make sure to allow extra time when returning your car and catching the shuttle back to the airport. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and the team was very helpful!

Problem-free rental. They picked us up from the airport upon arrival and clearly explained the rental rules (full tank upon rental and return). The damage report did not include all the scratches and defects I noticed, so it's a good idea to take photos and record a video before renting. Just in case. I'm sorry that some people have such bad experiences with this company, but I'm not one of them. The pick-up and delivery of the car went quite quickly and without any problems. Yes, they have very expensive comprehensive insurance (more expensive than the rental itself), but I had it with another company, so I didn't use it. The car wasn't washed and there was foreign garbage in the trunk, but otherwise the car was in the best condition. Davi...

The car station is not at the airport. I called upon arrival and 5 min later a shuttle bus came to pick me up. The lady from the car rental station was very friendly and explained all very well. I booked a super full damage waiver with 36€ per day and the deposit was reduced to 100€. I got a car upgrade. A ford fiesta in very good conditions and very clean. It was a pleasure to drive the car. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Thank you for quality service!!!. The shuttle bus took us from the airport to the Autovia office in Cinisi. The car was well prepared (new Cupra): cleaned, windscreen wash was refilled. You must return your car with the same fuel level which was notified during car pick-up. Very short procedure to fix all formalities. If you're first time on Sicily, I recommend to buy full insurance. It will save you a lot of stress😊.
