Car rental at Milano Central Station

Ecovia pick up and drop off was very easy and the car was a better than we reserved, ao we were happy.

Good value for money. Friendly staff. Was able to use the rental car until the next morning for free. Cross-Border fee was affordable and easy and went all the way to Switzerland. Car was great and very affordable, the office was a little hard to find at Milan station and the walk to pick up the car was difficult with no signage or directions that made sense. The office staff were very helpful and efficient.

I was very pleased with the service and the car. The only thing that I felt uncomfortable about was not having a spare wheel in the car.

Nice people in the office. Like other rental companies they ‘upgraded’ us to a bigger car than we had booked which was inconveniently large for narrow Italian streets. NB the cars are a 5/10 minute walk from the office.

My experience: I took a VW Golf for 3 days with insurence. Car was almost new, nice and clean. The staff was helpful. I had the "international license" - mandatory for non EU, but they didn't ask it. Everything was OK. I left the car as much as possible clean inside with full tank. They returned 100€ deposit in 12 days.

I booked and paid directly through ECOVIA’s website. There were no bad surprises—everything was clear and easy, and the website clearly states that debit cards are not accepted. Everything went smooth and without any problems. At pick-up documents were prepared fast. I had to wait few minutes the car that I had to get to be cleaned, but it was not a problem. At drop-off I had also no issues. The car I got was OK, same class that I wanted. I did what planned without any troubles with the assistance of AutoVia!

While on our Trip to Italy, at Milan we missed our train from Milan to Rome. That is when AutoVia really helped, I would really like to thank Valentina and Moad, they were so helpful and went really out of their way to help us get us a car in time and in good rate. - Their office is the most difficult one to find. It’s located outside of the station building. Park is 7-10 minutes away. From office. - Returning the car to park was also strange. - The car was new and decent BYD seal suv. - Price was also reasonable.
