The rental car was booked prior to my arrival. The pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. The signage at Venice Airport, however, should be more visible.

We had a very good experience. We did not have to wait, the employee was fast, and explained us the necessary things. He did not try to sell us additional insurance because he saw that we were already covered. Very nice and quick experience.

Front desk staff was highly effective and responsive, for an overall very pleasant experience. The car was in great condition. Highly recommended.

We rented a Fiat 500X throw 3part for 6 days, and it was 100€. I chose Standart insurance. On the way back, I parked car on 3th floor and dropped the key. The 700 deposit was returned with no hassle. No scam. I made a video before and after. 4 stars for tidnees , in rest all perfect. We booked our car rental via a third party website. After reading some of the reviews, we were a little skeptical but we’ve had a positive experience! We collected our vehicle on time, there was an additional charge of €100 for travelling outside of Italy which wasn’t stated on booking. We really enjoyed the car rental service, especially the employee at Venice Airport on 14th March 2025 who helped us, gave us useful advice, and was very kind and polite. He left a great impression of the company, and we truly appreciate such friendly and helpful staff. It would be wonderful to have more employees like him!
