Carmen was a great lady to organise our 2 cars with such a friendly and efficient manner, especially as it was late and she had been there since 7am. She is a real asset to the company. Very straightforward, prices good, and cars great. Only 5 min walk to car park 6 to sort.
Car was as expected (though it could be a bit cleaner inside..). The check-in at Lamezia was super fast and with no problems. The delivery was also swift and problem free. Would gladly use Autovia again.

A bit of a walk from the terminal with bags, but the staff member was very friendly and helpful and the car is excellent.
Rented car at Bari airport. Experience was perfect. No que at the desk, it took 10 min to sign contract and pickup the keys. Parking is a few minutes away from terminal and car was ready to drive right away. Got a new car with just 2000km mileage, perfectly clean and nice. As i purchased full insurance, no pictures or video took. Return was flawless and fast. Deposit of 100Eur returned immediately

The rental car was booked prior to my arrival. The pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. The signage at Venice Airport, however, should be more visible.
Really good first experience with Autovia! Painless pick-up and drop off. Despite arriving late due to flight delays, and having some issues with my credit card, I was able to get my car without any trouble.

We booked a car (Opel Astra or smilar) for our 4 day trip via Ryanair. It turned out to be a new VW Golf with no marks and only 3,000 miles. We were late having taken 3 hours to get through passport control and the car was just still there. Everything was easy at registration and drop off. Just took us a while at pick up to work out how to get to the Car Hire area. (Out of the arrival doors and either {1} go to the taxi rank, walk to the left ...
Overall, I had a great experience renting the car. The vehicle was clean, brand new, and drove perfectly. I returned it in excellent condition with no scratches or damage at all. The only small issue was that the display screen already had a slight discoloration from the beginning, which I didn’t cause or notice during pickup. Other than that, everything went smoothly and the service was professional. Thank you!
