Every procedure was as i was informed from the beginning. Staff friendly,kind and ready to answer to all my questions at the point of ecovia at the airport. The contract was also sent to me via email. In the end they made a controll of the car which i have to say i respected during the trip. Very smooth experience. Easy pick up inside the terminal, short 5min walk to collect the car. No issues, no hassle, everything taken care of. The car we ordered wasn’t what was supplied but actually ended up with a better brand new equivalent vehicle. No pushy behaviour, and drop off just as smooth and deposit refunded straight away. The staff was very helpful, from front desk to the person giving us the keys and dropping off the car. Everything was well organized. Precise location and instructions on how to get the car to where to drop it. The car was brand new, clean, topped up and ready to go. I would definitely rent many more times when I go back. I’m leaving this review because I saw all the horror stories the night before I was going to return the car and was worried about losing my deposit or potentially getting slapped with big fees. I had a check-out at 9:30 and arrived at 10:40 and they charged me €57. They are not flexible at all. Pay attention to all the details when booking your car with them.
Excellent experience with them, the car was practically new and the service at the office was optimal.
Got a Toyota Yaris HEV from them. Vrey good car, great condition and fuel efficient. The Miss at the airport was very friendly, helpful and the whole process was seamless with her guidance. The drop-off was just as easy, leave the car in the parking spot, drop the key to the office and that was it. Had the car for a week and traveled through Italy about 2500 km. I will choose them again if revisiting Treviso airport and needed a car.
i came from the netherlands and rented a car from autovia in treviso airport and had a very good experience. amazingly nice staff and very helpfull. the car was very good and everything was arranged along with the child seat that i had requested. i definitely recommed it to others.
